What is the process for enrolling my child in a class?
The first step is to schedule a free trial by calling during our normal business hours. Once you have completed the free trial must fill out the membership application and pay membership fee and pro-rated first months charges.
How will I be billed?
Tuition is due for each month on the 1st of that month. There are three ways you may pay. The first option is to sign up for automatic credit card payments. We accept Visa or Mastercard. If you choose not to sign up for automatic credit card payments we will send you a monthly invoice through the mail. Once you receive your invoice you may either mail in a payment or pay it at Junior Gym during our normal business hours.
What is the registration fee?
The registration fee is a one-time insurance and processing fee for guests who are not enrolled in a class. You will be required to register if; you would like to attend Open Gym, hold a Birthday Party, or enroll in any of the seasonal camps at Junior Gym.
What is the membership fee?
The membership fee is an annual insurance and processing fee. Each family pays this fee at the time of enrollment and every year following as long as at least one child is enrolled in a class.
Do I have to sign a contract to enroll my child in classes?
No. There are no contracts at Junior Gym. Tuition is monthly. Just let us know before the 1st of the month if you would like to drop the class.
What if I join mid-month? Do I still have to pay tuition for a full month?
No. We will pro-rate tuition for your first month only.
What happens if my child misses class? Say, there is a holiday or she/he is sick?
If your child misses class for any reason, she/he may do a make-up class. We do not give credit for missed classes. Just call during normal business hours to schedule. Make-up classes do not expire.
May we attend Open Gym if none of my children are enrolled in a class?
Yes. You must register first, and then you may drop in to Open Gym for just $5 per child. Discounted rates are available if you purchase a punch card.
