BILLING AND REFUND POLICY
Schedule & Tuition: Our tuition payment schedule is month-based. Because some months have more school days, we charge the same for "long" months as we do for "short" ones (including holidays and school breaks). There are no makeup classes for sessions that fall on traditional holidays.

Tuition Payment: Monthly tuition is due in full on the 1st of each month. This payment will reserve your child's  spot for the coming month. A late fee will be assessed on unpaid balances at a rate of $5 a month. Late fee is charged for all payments received after the 10th of the month. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, Junior Gym reserves the right to contact the first child on a waiting list to fill the spot. You will be responsible for the full balance due for that month. Junior Gym accepts cash, checks and Visa/MC credit cards. Automatic monthly payment can be charged to a credit card upon request. Membership fee is waived with a full-year pre-paid enrollment. There is a $25 surcharge for returned checks.

Change/Withdrawal Policy: You may withdraw your child from any class or program at any time; however, we request you notify Junior Gym of such intent as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly. The class or program must be dropped on or before the 1st of the month or you will be charged in full regardless of attendance. For example, if notice is given in February, the child will be dropped from the class or program as of March 1. February tuition will not be prorated. You may change your child's schedule at any time provided space is available.

Refund & Makeup Classes: Tuition is not refundable. All credits will be applied toward future services. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact the manager as soon as possible to temporarily withdraw your child from the program and avoid unnecessary charges. Makeup classes may be arranged if space is available. Parents must schedule makeup classes in advance to minimize class disruption and ensure an appropriate staff-to-student ratio. Parent must contact the manager to obtain makeup class passes.
